Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the United States (and eligible territories where carriers allow delivery).

Shipping Rates (Flat Rate)

We use a Flat Rate shipping fee:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $4.5 per order (shown clearly at checkout before you pay)

Tax

  • Sales Tax: 0%

  • We do not charge sales tax on orders.

Order Processing Time (Preparation Time)

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days
    This is the time we need to confirm, prepare, and pack your order before it ships.

Daily Cutoff Time

  • Cutoff time: 12:00 PM (Pacific Time)
    Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day begin processing the same day.
    Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Transit Time (Delivery Time)

  • Transit time: 8–10 business days
    This is the time from when the package is picked up by the carrier to when it arrives.

Total Delivery Time

  • Total estimated delivery time: 10–12 business days
    (Processing 2–4 business days + Transit 8–10 business days)

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays Outside Our Control

Carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or service disruptions can occasionally extend delivery times. If your package is delayed, contact us and we will help you check the status.
