Currency & Order Confirmation

  • All payments are processed in USD (or the currency shown at checkout).

  • Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully authorized and completed through PayPal or Stripe.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.

Payment Security

  • We do not store your full card details on our servers.

  • Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. PayPal payments are processed securely by PayPal.

  • We may perform additional verification on certain orders to help prevent fraud.

Taxes, Fees, and Additional Charges

  • Prices may exclude taxes, shipping, and other fees unless stated otherwise. Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

  • PayPal or your bank may charge currency conversion or additional processing fees based on their policies.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is unsuccessful or declined:

  • Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds (per our Return/Refund Policy) will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal or the card used via Stripe).

  • Refund timing depends on PayPal/Stripe and your bank, and may take several business days.

Chargebacks and Disputes

  • If you file a dispute through PayPal or a chargeback through your bank, we may request additional information to investigate (order number, delivery confirmation, etc.).

  • Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in restrictions on future purchases.
