Returns & Refunds Policy

6) Return Shipping Costs

Shipping fees paid at checkout (including Flat Rate Shipping) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.

11) Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different item:

13) Cancellations / Order Changes

Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.
14) Chargebacks & Disputes
If you open a PayPal dispute or file a chargeback with your bank, we will provide transaction records and shipping confirmation to the processor. Please contact us first—most issues are resolved faster directly.
